Our largest apartment Santner on the ground floor is named after the Tyrolean alpinist Johann Santner (* April 21, 1840, in St. Jakob in Defereggen; † May 21, 1912, in Bozen), the first ascender of the Santner Peak at the Schlern. On an area of 52 m², the apartment has a kitchen/living room with spacious kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garden with panoramic view on the Puflatsch, Rosszähne and Schlern.
The kitchenette consists of 4 hobs with extractor hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven and a sink with dishwasher. It is also equipped with tableware/cutlery, a coffee machine and an electric kettle.
The sofa bed can be converted to a comfortable double bed for 2 persons. The TV has a satellite connection.
The spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bed linens are also provided.
The bathroom has a window and is equipped with basin, shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
The garden, which can be used during the stay, is directly connected to the apartment. Towels, toilet paper and a hair dryer are provided.
A floor heating system ensures a pleasant room climate in the entire apartment.
